Secretary of State Gessler stands firm as liberal group challenges his plan to moonlight

The liberal group ProgressNow Colorado on Saturday called for Secretary of State Scott Gessler to either abandon his plan to moonlight with his old law firm or step down. Gessler, a Republican who defeated Democratic incumbent Bernie Buescher in November, said he’s going to be working about 20 hours a month for the Hackstaff Law
