Taking back our communities, state and nation will require the work of Republicans across Adams County.  If you are interested in helping put us back on the ‘right’ path, please complete the form below.

A description of the many types of opportunities is below the form.  If you have interest in one in particular, please note that in the comments section of the form.  If you have previous experience in any area, please be sure to let us know that as well.

Thank you for your support!

Please complete the form as fully as possible and a representative from the Adams County GOP will contact you. (*denotes required field)

Adams County GOP Volunteer Opportunities

Party Organization & Assistance

  • Serve as a District Captain or Co-Captain
    • People serving as District Captains are voting members of our Executive Committee and help organize precincts assigned to them. You will be contacted for an interview.
  • Become a Precinct Committeeperson
    • Precinct committeepeople – a maximum of 2 per precinct – are members of the Adams County Republican Central Committee, and are chiefly responsible for getting out the Republican vote for each election. Another key responsibility will be setting up and getting people to attend your precinct caucus in early 2010.
    • If you wish to become a committeeperson in your precinct, please obtain your precinct number from this web page (the County Clerk shows only the last 3 digits of your precinct number; we’ll figure out the rest) and enter it in the comment section above. We will then check to see if there are any committeeperson openings in your precinct and contact you accordingly.
  • Make “friendly” phone calls to recruit volunteers
  • Assist with computer data entry (This will typically be done from home.)
  • Assist with mailings
  • Serve on our Speakers Bureau

Candidate Development

  • You are considering running for elected office.
  • Serve on a Republican candidate’s campaign committee

Get Out the Vote (GOTV) and Campaign Activities

  • Help with voter registration (This is an ongoing and essential activity.)
  • Help staff the Boulder County Republicans headquarters during the campaign
  • Make phone calls to voters
  • Walk door-to-door on behalf of candidates or to register voters
  • Put up a campaign yard sign
  • Put a campaign bumper sticker on my car
  • Help set up campaign events and fundraisers
  • Serve as a pollwatcher on Election Day
  • Serve as an election judge in 2010 .
    • Election judges are trained and paid by the Adams County Clerk’s Elections Division. We need to submit as large a list of judges to the county as we possibly can for both the primary and general elections in 2010.
  • Assist with the 96-Hour Voter Drive beginning October 29, 2010
